Refund policy

Every item from knitfaced is handmade to order, because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.

Please check all product descriptions, sizing information and colour options carefully before placing your order.

Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A description of the fault
• Clear photographs of the issue

If we determine that your item is faulty, we will offer a replacement, or refund.

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by incorrect care is not considered a fault.
